Community Needs Assessment

The mission of the United Way of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks & Area is to mobilize the community to make the changes that improve life for the people who live there.  In order to identify the most pressing needs, raise the funds needed to make those changes, and channel resources to make the greatest possible impact, the United Way has partnered with Vernon Research Group from Cedar Rapids, IA, to conduct a community needs assessment.  Information gathered from this study will be used to update the strategic plan to meet the needs of the community, understand from residents, decision-makers and service provider the critical and emerging issues to the community, how these issues are currently being addressed and the United Way can help.
